HOW DO I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Cancellations will only be possible if and till the order has not been dispatched from our warehouse. The refund for prepaid cancellation will also be sent to your Wallet and not to your original payment source.

DO YOU TAKE CUSTOMISE PRODUCTS?

Yes, we absolutely do. You can DM us with your order and design details at INSTAGRAM: essenseclothing.store. We’ll also try and work out a discount for you, depending on the quantity of your order.

WHAT IS OUR RETURNS POLICY?

We process all refunds within 8-9 business days. Please note that the exact time it takes for the funds to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment provider or bank.
